DESCRIPTION:Cozy up this holiday season with a last-minute pop-up event at Walls of Clay! Join us for a festive session of painting Christmas ornaments in your favorite holiday pajamas (optional\, but encouraged!). Sip on hot chocolate\, snap some pics against our holiday backdrop\, and create heartwarming keepsakes you’ll cherish for years to come. This is your chance to score unique ornaments exclusive to pop-up events and not available during regular studio hours. We have 16 different styles of these over-sized fun ornaments.  Paint memories that will last a lifetime! \nFour Sessions:\nThursday\, December 21st 4:30 – 5:00*\nThursday\, December 21st 5:15 – 5:45*\nThursday\, December 21st 6:30 – 7:00*\nThursday\, December 21st 7:15 – 7:45*\n*Recommended for all ages\, attendees 13 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. These 30-minute sessions are for painting a special selection of ornaments unavailable during normal studio hours.  \nCost:\n$14 per person/ornament; these are large 5″ ornaments that are outlined for fun and will be kiln fired.\nAll attendees must have their own ticket (adults and kids).  Please select the number of tickets for your group and check out. \nWant to paint more ornaments during your session? If there is time\, you are welcome to and we can settle up during the event! \nIf you are attending with a group\, please let us know their names during checkout.  We will do our best to seat you near your friends. Please note that this event will be seated classroom style: you may be sharing tables with other attendees!  \nTickets are non-refundable\, but don’t let that stop you from having a holly jolly time! You can always send someone in your place if you can’t make it.  And remember\, all attendees must have their own ticket – whether you’re an adult or a kid. \nTERMS & CONDITIONS \nWalls of Clay has been in downtown McKinney for 22+ years. Our practices\, policies\, and procedures are fair. Our number one goal is to provide an awesome experience for our guest(s) and our policies allow us to do just that. \nYour purchase is non-refundable. You may call or email anytime and be sure to leave a message if it is before/after studio hours. \nCredits do not expire\, NO shows\, however\, will not receive a refund or credit\, your payment will be forfeited in the event you do not notify us. \nDue to the nature of kiln-fired arts\, slight imperfections can occur. And on rare occasions\, kiln-fired pieces can crack\, shatter or do the unexpected during the firing process. While we take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen\, there are some factors that are beyond our control. If a piece cracks or shatters\, a credit will be issued along with a ginormous apology because we hate to see bad things happen to your creations. \nALCOHOL POLICY (if applicable): I agree that I am 21 years of age or older and will consume my alcoholic beverages responsibly. I release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against Walls of Clay LLC\, its affiliates\, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before\, during or after my session including to but not limited to injury\, loss\, theft or damage to any person or property. \nGENERAL RELEASE: Pictures and/or videos may be taken during our workshops to use in print and online marketing/advertising. \nAUTHORIZATION FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL ATTENTION: By accepting the Terms & Conditions\, I grant my authorization and consent for Walls of Clay and its staff to administer general first aid treatment for any minor injuries or illnesses experienced by the guest/customer/minor. If the injury or illness is life-threatening or in need of emergency treatment\, I authorize Walls of Clay to summon any and all professional emergency personnel to attend\, transport\, and treat the guest/customer/minor and to issue consent for any X-ray\, anesthetic\, blood transfusion\, medication\, or other medical diagnosis\, treatment\, or hospital care deemed advisable by\, and to be rendered under the general supervision of\, any licensed physician\, surgeon\, dentist\, hospital\, or other medical professional or institution duly licensed to practice in the state in which such treatment is to occur. I agree to assume financial responsibility for all expenses of such care. \nLIABILITY WAIVER: I hereby release\, hold harmless\, defend and indemnify Walls of Clay LLC and its employees\, agents\, officers\, and directors from any and all damages\, injuries\, claims\, and causes of action which may accrue to or be asserted by me or any minor child of mine arising directly or indirectly out of my minor child’s participation in a workshop.
