**We will provide all supplies needed for your guests to paint a mug, along with tips, tricks, and simple techniques to make the creative process easy and enjoyable. Our team will need:
- Access to water
- Two tables or counter space for two self-serve paint stations
- Access 30 minutes prior for setup so everything is ready by 2:30
Date: Friday, December 12, 2:00 to 4:00 (painting begins at 2:30)

A minimum of twenty five painters is required for us to waive the staff and travel fee. Your organization is financially responsible for meeting this minimum, regardless of actual attendance. We cannot offer makeups or send out product after the event. Your staff is welcome to paint during the session if that helps meet the minimum. If the final count is under twenty five, you will be responsible for the difference plus a twenty five dollar travel fee.
All projects will be kiln fired and ready for pickup by December 23 at the latest.
A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. We cannot hold a date without it. All deposits will be applied to your final balance on the day of the event, provided the minimum number of painters is met. Deposits are non refundable. If you need to move your date and notify us at least seventy two hours in advance, we are happy to reschedule one time with no penalty. No shows receive no refund or credit.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your event after we tally the final number of painters. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted for final payment.
