Deposit & Party Room Policy
The deposit will be applied toward my group’s total as long as the minimum of $245 (before tax) is met during the event. If the group does not reach this minimum by the end of the event, the deposit will be applied as a room rental fee. This fee is in addition to the cost of any pottery or glass projects completed during the event.
The party room reservation is for two hours. Because we often have another group scheduled after yours, we kindly ask that you and your guests wrap up and vacate the room at the end of the two-hour reservation so we can prepare the space for the next group.
All projects will be kiln fired and ready for pickup in 7 – 10 days.
A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. We cannot hold a date without it. All deposits will be applied to your final balance on the day of the event, provided the minimum number of painters is met. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to move your date and notify us at least seventy two hours in advance, we are happy to reschedule one time with no penalty. No shows receive no refund or credit.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your event after we tally the final number of painters. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted for final payment.
